The Mountain Country Bed and Breakfast is hosted by Jim and Lois Van Tassell in a large barn style cedar accommodation that is located close to downtown Banff. We are one block away from shuttle buses and ski hill buses to get you on your way. Large rooms with queen size beds and duvet covers make for a comfortable stay at our Canadian Rockies country cabin. Both of our rooms have private bathrooms with Jacuzzi tubs to soak those tired bones after a long day in the mountains. What a way to wake up, with a spectacular view from the private deck off our feature room. Our continental breakfast consists of cereals, muffins, juice, coffee and tea already placed in your room, so you can eat when you like. There are electric fireplaces, televisions, VCR's and refrigerators in each room. We are local hosts so of course we can answer any questions you have on the area as well what sights that you should not miss out on. Families are welcome.
